Thank you for your interest in booking a Leadership Institute, Grassroots Training.

Thank you for your interest in Grassroots Training. My Name is Mike Ruthenberg. I am the National Training Coordinator for Tea Party Patriots. In order to capitalize on the momentum that we have created through your activism and involvement in current events, we are making progress toward our vital goal of changing the problem leadership in Washington in November, 2012. This will come upon us rapidly. Please read below for how you can be highly effective grassroots training to your community or Tea Party Patriot group.

Here are the first steps:

  1. Identify coordinator(s) who are responsible and will see this event through.
    1. let me know all contact information.
  2. Determine at least three dates that you would like to host the event on. We need the flexibility of dates.
    1. Please rank your choices 1st,2nd, etc.
    2. Weekend dates traditionally work best.
    3. Please check all local calendars for other Tea Party Events, Civic Events for like-minded individuals and other conflicts that could reduce participation significantly.
  3. Choose a venue that is comfortable and appropriate to host this training for the number of participants you expect. (check date availability) You will be responsible for putting the cost of the venue (if any) and lunch into the total cost of the event.
    1. Restaurants can work.
    2. Local businesses with meeting space.
    3. Members who have access to meeting space.
    4. Condo or Home-Owner Association meeting rooms.
    5. Hotel Conference Rooms.

Tea Party Patriots believes that this training is so important, that we are going to subsidize this program to make it affordable. The Leadership Institute has mobilized their staff and has been gearing up for this for over a year.

This is a program that you have been asking for and we want to make sure that it is affordable for everyone. The cost per person is Just $25 with a minimum of 40 participants. Your group will add the cost of the room (if any) and the catered lunch to come up with a final price.

To book, Contact Mike using the form to the right with the date requests. The date will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

As soon as your dates are set, click on this organizer's countdown to know what to do each week prior to your event to ensure a smooth and successful event. Robert Arnakis from the Leadership Institute will contact you to set the agenda for your school share promotional materials and strategies as well. The Leadership Institute will set up a web page for you to promote your event and collect registration fees and produce rosters as well if you desire. Some groups prefer to collect themselves and this is perfectly acceptable. Your choice.

Next, you will need to supply the Leadership Institute the price you are charging to your participants if it is greater than $25.00 per person. Remember, there is a 40 person minimum for you to have your event.

The ideal lead time to be most effective with this type of event is at least 3 months. Currently we have Many, Many dates available. We can book multiple trainings on the same dates. BUT, don't procrastinate, act today before the date you want is gone.
